Bryce taught Lahna what our jobs are.  

Marcus is a financial planner but that must have been a little

 too hard to say so Bryce taught her boss instead!

Lahna learned what noises a donkey and camel make.

We checked this book out from the library and Lahna loves it!  

She would make me read it 10 times in a row and she loved to help "read" along.

Halloween

Since I explained how much Lahna loved horsies in the last blog it will make perfect sense that she picked to "be" a horse for Halloween.  She's actually a princess riding a unicorn but as long as she got the stuffed horse she didn't care that I made her wear a crown!  The boys were Mario and Luigi which was perfect because Jackson is tall and skinny and Ryan is shorter and not so lanky.  The three of them were adorable!

Horsies!

This blog leads up to the Halloween blog since all she has been able to talk about for the last several months are horsies, as she calls them.  She loves everything horses.  Lahna will watch the movie Tangled but make Bryce fast forward to all of the parts with the horses in them.  I'm pretty sure he has the movie memorized!

This is what happened when we met a real horse...

For Halloween all Lahna wanted to be was a horse.  

We found a unicorn that she decided would pass as a horse!

Bryce was around the corner wearing a really scary mask.  Not very nice of Dad...

Apple Orchard - 2

Since we had so much fun the first time we decided to go back to the apple orchard.  This time we brought along Aunt Tara, Grandma, Jamie and the boys.  The air was a little cooler but the sun was still warm and the walk to get there had us all warmed up fast!

This time grandma bought a whole apple pie, warm right from the oven, to share.  We figured it was more cost efficient with all of us.  We just grabbed a bunch of forks and dug right in!

The slides there were pretty steep but it didn't keep Lahna from going down over and over again.

Apple Orchard

One of Bryce's days off was sunny and warm so we decided to walk to the apple orchard.  It was a gorgeous day and Lahna loved going down the slide and playing in the corn sandbox.
